Great Gyros! Meat is delicious and tender. Pita was melt in your mouth good. Onion rings and fries are outstanding. Great service! Would come back here again and again. Well done!

What's not to love about Yannis?? When I was a student at the U we used to go there, back when it was a walk up window and a few picnic tables under an awning. Now it's an awesome sit down place, and the food is still great - still my favorite gyro, and better than the chains like Greek Souvlaki. I love the red sauce for the gyros at yannis, and the fries are always crispy and cooked to order. Most of the time Yanni himself is still there doing the cooking. It's bright and cheery inside with yellow and blue on the walls and framed posters of Greece. My dad LOVED Yannis, and yesterday I went back for the first time since he died. He would have still loved it! Thank you, Yanni, for l decades of great food at a great price.

Hi kids and sports fans, so I went here for the first time and it was delicious. I had a tasty bacon burger and fries. It's was hot and fresh the fries were crispy. I also met the owner and he was friendly. I asked him what was good and of course he said everything . So I had to ask what would he go to and the first thing he mentioned was the Bacon Burger. So here we are. So pop on in and enjoy

First time coming here and was not disappointed. Cashier was a shorter hispanic man and so incredibly sweet. Food came out so fast , within like 3 mins MAX and was pipping hot. the fry sauce was so good, along with the crispy fries. the Gyro itself was really good too. The pita bread they used was so good and soft. Very yummy white sauce too. Only ONLY bad thing i can think of from my experience was the decor and technology. The lobby looks a lil outdated but very cute decorations nonetheless. They definitely need new technology tho. The register looks like the first register ever made. They also had to give the kitchen its orders by walking over and handing it. Help these workers out and get some new tech. Otherwise, will come back!

I've known yanni for over 50 years! Since my checking days at Albertsons on ninth and North Temple! He is just a lovely, lovely man,! He's very kind, charming delightful person ! The restaurant he built to replace the cute little shack he had, is just darling, veryGreek, as it's his heritage! you need to visit this restaurant, try their really good food, and say hi to Yanni if he's around ! His pork souvlaki is delicious, french fries are so good maybe not as good as the sauce that he has made to go with them, which is awesome! Pita bread is delicious! ! It's a small restaurant on the corner of Highland Drive and 27 S., But we want to make sure that this establishment lives as good of life as Yanni has! So if you're in the area, please take a minute. The prices are very, very good. The food is very good and those cooks are absolutely darling.

The lemon rice here is to die for, as is anything with the special red sauce on top. The drive-through is super convenient, but there is also seating inside. If you prefer to have a seated meal and don't wanna take anything to go.

Yanni's has been a family favorite since I was born. The food hasn't changed in years, which is wonderful when I'm craving something comforting. The cheeseburgers are delicious, and the gyros can't be beat. The lemon rice is also delicious! The service is fast and professional and the ambience is a step up from a normal fast food restaurant.

I thought I would give this pace a try even though it didn't have super high marks. It was good. I was pleasantly impressed with how good the gyro was. They were friendly and service was quick. I would definitely go back.
